Last time Cats was in SF, I had a third row aisle seat, right at the foot of the stairs on and off stage.
An hour and a half before the show, PG&E burnt out their substation two blocks from the theater. Grrrr.
I was somewhat mollfied when the papers all reported the cancellation of Cats that night as one of the results of the blackout.
Of course, that cancelled the busiest shopping day of the year in SF, so I'm sure there are other people who were more disappointed than I.
