Hi there folks.

My name is Zangakitty (or Zanga if you purr-fer) Although I am new to this forum, I am not new to Cats. No no never in the show (though I wish heeheehee), but I had seen the show live a few times. I have noticed that a guy named Keith was a former member of the Broadway production of Cats? How cool is that !! Do any former members post here? Yes I do know that most all of the biggest productions of Cats closed, and that there are "regional" shows going on, but I am just curious to find out.

I have thought about making a Cats website, but I was told that really is kind of a dying art these days? I don't personally agree with that, only because paying tribute to this wonderful show is the highest form of flattery in my opinion.

BTW I am not a dancer, I can act but I never really figured out the technique of dancing.

Well I hope to hear from a few of you.

ttyl

Zanga

Good eve-a-ning, Zinga!

I'm Nekonyan! (btw, I'm a boy.) And I have seen the show live 2 times, I want to be in a production too! Um... The Broadway Macavity has posted here a few times, and the Chanhassen Macavity has too. If the art of making CATS websites are dying, then the world is ending, too!

Hello

January 13 2005, 6:40 PM

Yeah I am sure that their various productions and auditions keep them very busy from posting here. Understandable

About websites being a dying art was that there are not as many on the Internet as their once were. I use to get all sorts of information from them., but after returning to a few of them they were gone.

I do love reading fan fics, I just finished one called "The Gray Tabby Truth." Very wild and unexpected story.

Anyway thanks for the reply

Zanga

I kind-of enjoy reading Cats fan-fiction... There are two Fan-fictions I would strongly recommend: Demeter's Tale by MsJellicle, and a series of events that took place after the Jellicle Ball... The Jellicle Chronicles by Rumblepurr!! I was starting a CATS fan-fiction, but it developed into a Sailor Moon-ish thing... Go figure... LOL!
I hope you enjoy the forum! ((If you press the button that say's CHAT! we could talk live sometime!))

Sailor Moon in a Cats fan fic? LOL!! That is very interesting, but probably amusing I suppose. Anyway can you provide the links to those great fan fics you mentioned?

Thanks in advance
