this is weird. I agree with the recent **** being said about Graves being mentally unstable. I read that inerview in Alternative Press where he said he believes "George Bush and John Ascroft were appointed by God to run the country," whoooo boy. ..Now all he seems is bitter and ****ed up and concerned with everyone elses life but his own. His jealousy of Chud is so obvious.
The funny thing is he can't even say anything positive about anyone! not even the guys he's playing with now! all he could say was "they just wanted to go home after we got robbed"!

you got a point. the only people that are "interviewing" him are george bush lovin ****heads who get hard everytime some 18 year old gets shipped off to Iraq. That dick who interviewed him reviews Christian cds. **** Graves I'm glad he's done. He's the typical "Do as I say, Not as I do" ****. He should just go work for Bush the ****ing coward. he sucks now and no matter how you slice it, owes a lot to Jerry, Doyle and Chud..from what I hear Doyle hates Graves and avoids him like the plague. If he was so buddy buddy with Doyle why does G. Frankenstein have links to Chuds site? and why isn't Graves the singer for G. so Graves whines that Jerry Only has the chrimson ghost on everything, yet Graves is selling crimson ghost t-shirts, and misfits records shirts on his own record website?, how come chrimson ghost is not a problem there? Wouldn't he have to ask Jerry permission to sell this shirt on his website? I'd like to know that anser from this contradiction.
You may like Mike that is your right to do so. I admit he has a great voice when he has his stuff togather and is mentaly stable he could be one of the greats.. But the reson I personaly do not like mike as a person Is because of the fact he cant take responsability for his own actions. and the fact he has to bad mouth Jerry doyal and chud all the time he is interviewed.
I may not agree with how jerry markets the misfits name now. But i do give him credit for keeping the misfits alive, and possobly making a new album with some new images and sounds of Horror. Mr Graves obviously has issues if he is selling the merch from the band that "screwed him" The only reson anyone knows who Graves is , is because of the Misfits. I would realy like to see mike get help and make some good music and use his potential .
but right now i do not see it happening . i do feel he is going to self destruct.
Graves IS selling the crimson ghost shirts and Misfits Records shirts! I just checked! Merchmonster is owned by Graves label which is just Jason Trioxin and his sister anyway and Jason is in Graves band! If Graves is so offended by the Crimsson Ghost that Jerry, Glenn and Doyle own why is his label selling it then?
That's like if Graves said "Screw Walmart! Don't shop there! they suck and their Mainstream!", but still allowed his records to sell at WAlmart.

This is what happened - mike quit graves because he wanted full control of a band started by chud after that he couldnt find anyone to play with him so he asked loki the guitar tech from GRAVES to play and during all this time mike couldnt write a song to save his life (he still cant! New CD:23 minutes lomg with songs the misfits didnt want, confirmed by 3 misfits!)So he USED lokis songs which is BAD NU METAL crap, so a few years go by and mike desides AGAIN he wants full control of the band and tells the band he's re naming it Michale Graves, well needless to say the drummer paul lifeless didnt go for the scam and respectfully quit, the other 2 tools hung around to lick mikes balls for $10 a day. Thats the real story. This guy is S.T.U.P.I.D.
Jason doesn't own Horror High Jon Nelson does they are 2 different people.
I know both Jason and Jon and as for Michale he has tons of talent but, he needs to get his life in order 1st before going back out there into the Horrorpunk scene. We all need to show some respect to both Chud and Mike they made the MISFITS big again after many years of the band being on hiatus.
Jerry has ruined the good name of The Misfits by calling his version of the band that name. Jerry needs to fix things with Doyle,Graves and Chud and put back together the 2nd best FITS lineup around. As for you NJ fans Graves will be playing with Bobby Steele for Bobby's B-Day bash March 17th you should all attened this show before Graves,J-sin,JV,and Matt go out on their US tour on the 31st of March.

The truth is coming for you. Closer and Closer right? that's what pissin you off so much right? The entire world thinks Graves is a dick. Alternative Press quoted the singer in Alkaline Trio as despising Graves. He is a fraud and being uncovered.
yeah but it's Jason and his sister Marlene, which would explain how Loki got ****ed over, so Jason conviently wound up in Graves band and probablly wasn't "cool about it" . Jon nelson has called Marlene on his site his wife so I think it's pretty much a family affair. they make up fake press announcements like "Jason has been named a judge in a horror high contest" or I guess it's not that hard when it's your sister and brother-in-law.
there are pictures of him wearing skeleton makeup on misfits central. graves just copied his look based on what Jerry doyle and chud tole him what to do.
I play keyboards in The Order of the Fly, and we have played with Graves, X-Ward, Gotham Road, Mister Monster, and the current "MISFITS" line-up. I'm sure someone will find a reason to argue with me, but I in no way want to cause any problems. Here is my 2 cents.
First I want to say that the Horror Rock scene is full of crap talking, backstabbing, double crossing, etc... We have tried to avoid this, and have somehow ended up in the middle of issues. We look at it like this. a lot of people don't like us, for one reason or another, and thats fine. I love Horror Rock/Punk, but I don't like every band that writes a song about a dead girl, or a mutant Zombie. I think that a lot of the disagreements are because everyone has their favorite band, and will always defend them.
Now this Graves/Chud/Misfits issue is a very touchy subject, because everyone has chosen sides through all the drama. Here is my opinion based on what I have witnessed first hand.
First off we have CHUD. Quite possibly one of the nicest, most polite people I have ever met. When we first played with Graves, he was just having a good time playing music. A few years later we played with X-WARD, and again he was just having a good time playing music. A total class act.
Second off we have JSin Trioxin. We played a few shows with Mister Monster, and spent quite a bit of time with them. This guy is totally motivated to make it in music, and has a no holds barred mentality about it. Is this why he joined up with Graves for the tour? Possibly, but you can't blame the guy for wanting to be on stage, it's what he loves doing.
Third we have Jerry Only...... He was really nice to my lead singer when we played with them, but that's all I have to say.......
Last we have Graves. We have played with him quite a few times over the years, and he has never seemed to be too excited to be performing. To this day we don't know why, but it is obvious that he does not like Ralphie Repulsive (our singer). I guess when I was on leave from the band a show was played with Gotham Road, and a lot of people cleared out after The Order of the Fly, and it seems that this may have been upsetting to Graves. The thing is the show was a local show for us, at a venue that we pull very well in. It is an all ages venue, so most of the younger fans have to leave by about 10pm, so going on after 10 is never a good idea. Why he dislikes Ralphie? Maybe it's because he also wears skull make-up, but Graves can't claim that look, because I dressed up as a skeleton for halloween in 1982, so if anyone should hate Ralphie for bogarting the make-up it's me!!!
Anyways feel free to fire back at me, because I am sure someone will have something mean to say!!
in the skull makeup so I'm sure that will piss off Graves as well. Graves was probabbly mad because the crowd was digging you and his ego was getting in the way. I don't like Graves at all. He sucks live and he writes crap music without chud, doyle and Jerry influencing him. I think Chud is a better singer too!

About going to graves board, I check out everyones board, and all post that involve the bashing of chud you know what, this might surprise you get shut down usually after three posts in the thread. sometimes they don't even have to close the thread they just ask "hey this isn't between us its between chud and graves let them handle it" and the people stop.

well if I took your advice I'd just keep my mouth shut and stop thinking. I'm a serious musician, studying guitar and law, and interested in politics too. I might remind you that Graves is an antagonist (politically and musically) he puts down people for their political views, as well as their musical abilities, and badmouths a lot of GREAT people. So, the way I see it, he encourages people to form oppinions about him, because he is a public figure, with a political agenda. when you do that, you get what you put out. So to say he isn't saying things that concern me (llike I don't think it's right of him to encourage people my age to go to war!) when he lasted 2 weeks! That is disturbing. Chud isn't a politican disguised as a musician. And I don't like that he badmouths Chud and Chud doesn't say anything about him!

I personally know for a fact that J-Sin and Marlene from HorrorHigh are not related in any way, most specifically not blood related. So, someone needs to get their facts straight.
I was into the stuff mike did with the misfits . i used to defend him alot of the time .. That was when he was mentaly stable. The guy could be great but he is not stable . so he results in name calling and finger pointing.

Punk rock is dead is a realy bad cd . it makes me mad that people can record an album that sucks when other bands work them selfs to the point of mental colapse and not get a record out. up here In M.a we got a band called the automatons a killer horror rock band. I would rather see them play then mike any day. Chud is a better singer then mike you cant realy argue that . if you can dl some live sound clips of mike or just if you have to go see him play. and then see chud.. you will then know who is the better singer proformer exct.
if you have not seen x ward yet . this year make it a thing to do when they come neer your city.. You will not be disapointed
although I am mainly a Danzig era Misfits fan, I thought graves was OK. I think chud is a great drummer, and singer, and that is why I pointed out his work, post Misfits, and looking forward to another record. I've heard Chud live and he doesn't go FLAT, and off-key like Graves. I think Diagnosis for Death is a great record. and used punk rock is dead as a frame of reference because in my oppinion its awful. If you know anything about recording, it's really bad production. Not surprising as Graves said he wrote it and recorded it in a month. It sounds like it! desperate, un-inspired and tries too hard to sound like Johnny rotton right down to ripping off sex pistol riffs. He only gets some attention now because he uses the x-Misifts singer thing that he claims to hate so much. Graves is mental in the bad way. Not the mental crazy creative genius way.
I could over look ALL of that, and not give a sh#t, but when I continuosly read sh#t with him dissing other great people (in my oppinion), and whining about his life, and him pretending to be a musician when in fact he is a activist with a political agenda. He sends off a fu@cked up message to vulnerable people. Encouraging people to go to war, when he lasted 2 weeks! and siding with right wing holier than thou dicks like Sean Hannity. I just started a band, and as I said I'm studying law and I'm gonna try and make a living with music, if it works great, if not, well I'll be a really good music lawyer, just like Milo in the Descendants is a nuclear physisist. even the younger kids are not into Graves much . they may get a cd go to a show then that is that they get let down. infact most Bands these days are alot like mikes. they just slam alot of stuff onto a disc and sell it not giving two shiits what it sounds like . they sell a logo not the music. I know about recording and it sounds like it was done on a digital four track the kind you buy for 200 dollers .. I use one my self . but i also never claim to be a great artist . also he could make it sound better even with that budget.
