This topic really isn't related to Chud, but it is kinda Misfits related.
I have a Re-Press Vinyl of Misfits Collection 1, in Mint condition and never played, that I personally got autographed by both Glenn Danzig & Jerry Only.(There are pics below.)
My question is what would be the top dollar (if I decided to sell it which I'll probably never do) would a Misfits fan pay for it?
It's priceless to me because it's mine, I'm just curious what it's worth.

glenns signature is harder to get than jerrys. jerry sticks around after every show and makes sure most get an autograph. plus its a reprint so thats easy to get. plus its not sealed. im no expert but i'd guess 50 bones tops. get bobby, doyle, googy, robo, etc and i bet the value would go up. but dont sell that!!!!!! cool piece to keep in the collection.

I have had it sealed since it was signed.

Yeah, I have like 5 of Jerry's signature. On different stuff.
I got everybody that was in the Misfits signature except for a few like Doyle, and a few others. I have Bobby's, Joey Image's, Robo's, Marky Ramones, and a bunch other. I'm only missing like 3 or 4.
Yeah, I'll never sell it, I was just curious.
I have tons of other **** in my collection I'll never sell too.
Like Henry Rollins, Joan Jett, GWAR, Dropkick Murphy's, and some others.
Love autographs.

I thought it would be worth a little more though.
Not often you see both on one Misfits thing.
And no, Danzig wasn't a dick when I asked to sign it.
He was cool as ****!

And just for bragging rights, I have seen EVERY side band that has come from the Misfits, including Samhain.
Not many people can say that.

Except Gorgeous Frankenstein. Haven't seen them yet. So, not every band. But almost.

SHANE, SOME PEOPLE ACTUALLY ARE OF THE OPINION THAT AN AUTOGRAPH DECREASES THE VALUE OF THE ITEM THAT IS SIGNED. I DON'T CONSIDER THAT TRUE. GLENN'S AUTOGRAPH DOESN'T FETCH AS MUCH MONEY AS YOU'D THINK, ACTUALLY, MOST AUTOGRAPHS ARE NEVER WORTH AS MUCH TO SOMEONE ELSE AS THEY ARE TO THE OWNER. THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT GETTING IT DONE YOURSELF, ALSO THERE ARE SO MANY FAKES OUT THERE THESE DAYS ON EBAY, PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO THROW DOWN A LOT OF MONEY ON THEM.

I THINK THEY LOOK GREAT, BY THE WAY. IF THEY ARE PRICELESS TO YOU THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

Yeah, I guess your right.
The only way they can really be worth something is if they are dead now.
Kinda of sad, but makes sense. Because no one will ever be able to get one again.
And even then, like you said, there are alot of fakes.
It was just curiousity for me. I would never sell my collection.

But yeah, I agree having the artist sign their own stuff don't decrease in value. What's better than having something signed by the artist they created it.
