Here is my personal account of the day that led up to the concert. Fausto and I rented a car and arrived about 2 or so in San Antonio. We met up with Joe, Molly, and their beautiful baby girl Scout at the Hot Spot. We waited around there just hanging out and catching up until we got a call from Dr. Chud about 4 or so letting us know they had already arrived at the club. So we all drive over to the club and talk to Dr. Chud while the bus gets parked in front of the club door. Morgan and a couple of other crew members look around at the club which wasn't opened yet. Then Gorgeous George got off the bus and came and introduced herself. She was really sweet and so pretty. We hung around for a bit until we took Dr. Chud to the Hot Spot to get some food for some of the guys. When we made it back, Goolsby came off the bus and we talked for a bit. That man is always so awesome. Finally the club is opened and the guys go inside to check it out and start putting the equipment inside. Then Doyle comes off the bus and takes a look around and then introduces himself. He was also really sweet and it was so awesome to get to shake his hand. Anyway, so we're all talking among ourselves and we get to talk to some of the crew members and found out where they're from and how they made it to tour with Gorgeous Frankenstein. Then again, we took Dr. Chud to the Hot Spot for some more food for the crew, dropped him back off at the club, then took the merch guy to Lowes to get some stuff that he needed. It was quite an interesting day so far and we got to talk to the guy about some of the stuff they were selling. The only bad thing that had happened so far that day was the enormous rain storm that happened while trying to find our way to Lowes. So, anyway, we make it back to the club and we all waited together outside and just talked. We got to meet a couple of friends of Joes who were pretty cool. Then Bella Morte showed up which was really neat. They all got off their van and Andy (the singer) introduced himself and thanked us for coming to the show. So then we all went inside to get out of the rain which had started up again and checked out some of the bands that were playing. Evil Come Evil Go (Out of Order) was awesome as always. We also saw the Saturday Nite Shockers, the Dementers, Carbomb, and some other shows. In between the bands, Goolsby had come into the club to give me some aspirin and water since I was already getting a pretty big headache by that time. He also gave me a banana and a Fruit Bar to try and get my blood sugar up since I was pretty dehydrated and not feeling so good. We got to talk to him for a bit while we waited for Gorgeous Frankenstein to go up on stage. It was really fun getting to catch up with him in person again. Then he went in to watch Carbomb while Joe, Molly, Fausto and I just waited outside and talked and tried to cool down. Next thing I knew, Bella Morte was on stage and their show was amazing. I have been listening to these guys for quite a number of years and it was great getting to see them live for the first time. If you haven't seen those guys perform yet, you've got to check them out. They sure put on one hell of a show. After they finished, we all hung out outside again for a bit and waited patiently for the show to begin. Right before they started, we all went in and got in our places. Then Gorgeous Frankenstein came out and what a performance they put on too. There was some feedback in the beginning, but the show was amazing despite that. Goolsby was jumping around and singing as he is known to do and Doyle was pounding his guitar to give out those hard hitting chords he is known for. Dr. Chud was also amazing and it was really great to see him back on drums. The music was purely amazing and hard. It will knock you back off your feet if you aren't prepared for it. No sappy love songs played here. There was a solid wall of people filling about 3/4 of the room from the front of the stage to the back. It was really neat to see that many fans packed in together to enjoy one of the greatest shows on earth despite the nonstop rainstorms and the club leaking like a sieve. The only regret I had that night was not getting to see Gorgeous George on stage. The club was too small and there was nowhere for her to dance. Anyhow, after the show the crew members packed everything up and the guys got to hang out with fans for a bit. Then Goolsby took Fausto and I on the bus. It was awesome cause we got to meet up with Gorgeous George and Doyle again. They looked really tired, but were real troopers and we still got to talk a little bit. I got to talk to Doyle and Gorgeous George about Sin City a bit since that was what they were watching. Doyle doesn't talk much so it was quite an honor to be able to talk to him about the movie and have him respond. Then Goolsby showed us where they all sleep. The cubbies looked nice and comfy and warm. We got to talk and dry out a bit after getting soaked from the rain storm outside. We watched Dr. Chud make grilled cheese sandwiches and Fausto got to warm up some soup for him in the microwave on the bus. It was awesome to get to talk to Dr. Chud some more as well. Then Doyle went to the bedroom in the back and I said Goodnight to him. He said Goodnight back then it was time to leave. The bus was gonna be pulling out so they could head off to Dallas. So, we said our goodbyes to everybody and got off the bus and took off. The ride home was pretty scary. We were driving in a real bad rainstorm in which we couldn't see more than a couple of feet in front of the car. We managed to finally make it back home in one piece and get some sleep. It was quite an experience getting there, meeting up with everybody, getting to meet Doyle and Gorgeous George, seeing how they all work, and hanging out. You all have definitely got to see a Gorgeous Frankenstein show.

I apologize for the way my story sounds stilted, but thats pretty much what happened that day.
