The Nov/Dec 2002 edition of True West magazine contains a review of Kirby’s “Lady Winchester.” The review, done by Brian Murphy, is short and to the point and ends by stating “Kirby Jonas has given us a Western heroine to remember.” If you have neither read the book or listened to James Drury’s narration of the book, you are really missing out on some tremendous writing. I highly recommend ordering the book from Kirby or Amazon. You will not be
disappointed. True West magazizne is also a good read.
