Howdy all!

I wanted to make a special post about Steve Medellin, my cover designer. I don't have a photo of the book up yet on the home page, but if you've seen it in my newsletters you already know the spectacular job this guy does for me. I am constantly amazed when I see his work. Even in the most adverse of conditions, which we definitely provided him with the shape of this painting and all of the words he had to fit on the cover, Steve shines through as beyond a top-notch designer. He should be somewhere making a hundred thousand dollars a year, but I'm sure glad he's here in Pocatello instead. I could never replace this guy. Never. I can't say enough good about him and the support, both moral and job-wise, he's been over the years. He has done every one of my covers, and I can't imagine anyone else ever pulling them off like he does.

MY HAT IS OFF TO STEVE MEDELLIN, THE WORLD'S PREMIER DESIGNER OF WESTERN BOOK COVERS!!!!

YAAAAAAAA !!!

Thank you Steve Medellin. I for one appreciate the fine work you do for Kirby.

The covers are sure to be collectors items in the not to distant future.

And I suppose the books might have some value too. {:-)

Keep up the good work BOTH of you!

Mule
