Hi, and sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'm on vacation so haven't been doing any email lately. I knew I had a book order from Amazon, so that's the only reason I turned on my computer even today. Aren't vacations great?

I have SOTH more or less ready, but I need James Drury and one other friend to proofread it before I send it to press, so it will still be a while. If you're on my mailing list I'll definitely be keeping you up to date as the time draws close to have it out.
