7. Dr.Elst correctly worries about illegal immigration from pakistan and bangladesh
Since his book was published fertility in bangladesh has fallen to 2.78, same as the Indian hindu level
In the long run this should alleviate illegal immigration. Bangladesh has done the trick thanks to a well run family planning program and NGOs like Grameen wherein women are sent to work and this results in drop in fertility.
A good strategy for BJP to follow is to unleash Grameen on Indian muslims
Not only does Grameen lower fertility, it also empowers muslim women and weakens the mullah
