While most of what you wrote applies practically to every Indian politician, at least Mani knows where India stands on the Kashmir debate and has no qualms about expressing it, in paki land, to a paki newspaper.

May be you are correct in sofar his stand on Kashmir is concerned. However i wonder why he did not talk In India in the same frankness and aggressiveness? when congress leaders discuss about Kashmir they appears to be afraid of our Indian Muslims? they are afraid of hurting the sentiments of Indian Muslims even if we talk harsh of Pakistan? the congress has developed such a hypocritiacl atmosphere here.thats what my anguish.
