To answer your Don Quine question - I last saw him in the 1983 Judith Krantz TV movie 'Torch Song'. He had a very small scene with Raquel Welch. He was barely recognizable with his spectacles and balding head. Very much a middle-aged man. He retired after this movie. He was responsible for founding the Professional Karate Association. He wrote the 1986 book - American Karate/a Complete Fitness Training and Self-Defense Program for Everyday Life available through Amazon.
