Very Colorful....

January 29 2008, 9:40 PM

Lol...I have had that kind of day so it might be useful.

I had to go grocery shopping this afternoon and got a late start. I didn't know we had storm warnings because I was listening to music and not the radio or tv...got caught in the parking lot by a tornadic storm.

Really, my hair looked just like that as the wind was gusting up to 80 miles per hour and the lightning was cracking around my feet...lol. I got totally soaked as I was trying to get the groceries in the car and the wind kept whipping the cart out through the parking lot...
That was about 6:00 P.M. and it is now almost midnight...it's snowing and we have a blizzard type thing going on...sigh...
Crazy Indiana weather!

I would try this cure, but I have a headache already!

I hate to even say that I'm cold..lol..we are in the high 50's. That is about 10 degrees colder than normal. I know it's mild here compared to other places, but cold is cold as in what one is used to.

Our super bowl visitors are having a good time. Most of them are coming from Very Cold areas.

On-Line Anti-Stress Cure

February 4 2008, 12:38 PM

I tryed your anti-stress cure, and DID IT 4 TIMES. Now I have a real sore head and am dizzy as well. It did not cure my stress. It might have worked if I hit me head hard enough to knock myself out.

I found a better stress test cure on the web. All you have to do is see how many Dolphins are jumping out of the water.

I find the best thing to help relax stress and get rid of a headache is to put some Bluegrass music on like Chet Atkins Wildwood Flower and lay down.
As you lay there close your eyes and picture a big rope with abig knot made of lots of tangled knots in it in your head. As the music plays picture the music untying the knot in time to Wildwood Flower or whatever Bluegrass song you are listening to. You may fall asleep but usually by the me the knot is untied your headache is gone.

A friend to get rid of headaches said you use the web of skin between your left thumb and left first finger messageing it, and rubbing it till your headache goes away. Ignore the people watching you and wondering what you are doing and if you are alright.

Bluegrass music gives me a headache!

I like to relax listening to the golden oldies music station...
Or better yet, some classical music with sounds of the sea in the background.

I AM NOT TRYING TO GIVE YOU A HEADACHE ONLY A GOOD CURE. I DID NOT SAY THAT ALL BLUEGRASS MUSIC WORKED. JUST BLUEGRASS MUSIC LIKE CHET ATKINS WILD WOOD FLOWER ~ IT WAS LATER DONE BY THE CARTERS.

SINCE MOST CLASSICAL MUSIC I KNOW IS LOUD OR HAS NUMBERS INSTEAD OF NAMES I DID NOT LIST THEM. TO HELP
FIND CLASSICAL MUSIC SIMILAR TO WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT
YOU CAN HEAR WILDWOOD FLOWER AT

http://www.users.csbsju.edu/~eknuth/mandotab/wildwood.html

I DON'T KNOW IF MANDOLIN IS BLUEGRASS AS HAVE HEARD THEM AT MEDIEVIL REENACTMENTS. NOTE MUSIC AS I HAD AN ECHO FROM MANDOLIN ON MY COMPUTER.

HHMMMM .... MAYBE THE WILLIAM TELL OVATURE WOULD WORK. I KEEP THINKING OF IT AS A WESTERN SONG BECAUSE I ALWAYS HEARD IT AT THE BEGINING OF THE LONE RANGER ON TV..

..lol...

Well, I'm not trying to put down Blue Grass music, honest.

The boss loves it. A fact, I must confess, he did NOT tell me before the marriage vows. He didn't tell me that he didn't like baseball either, but I digress.

I like some of all kinds of music except rap and hard rock. To me rap is not music at all, just garbled speech. Hard rock hurts my ears and doesn't make any more sense to me than Rap. However, most everyone dances to the tune of a different drummer, and that's OK.

I love music, but I don't like loud music.
