My Valentine by Martina McBride

February 14 2008, 9:14 AM

If there were no words
No way to speak
I would still hear you

If there were no tears
No way to feel inside
I'd still feel for you

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
You're all I need
My love, my valentine

All of my life
I have been waiting for
All you give to me
You've opened my eyes
And showed me how to love unselfishly

I've dreamed of this a thousand times before
In my dreams I couldnt love you more
I will give you my heart
Until the end of time
You're all I need
My love, my valentine

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
Cuz all I need
Is you, my valentine

You're all I need
My love, my valentine

Nice Song

Martina McBride has such a nice voice.
Have you ever heard her duet with Bob Seger 'Chances Are' from the "Hope Floats" soundtrack?
I think you would really like it...very romantic.

No, it's not the old Johnny Mathis song. Bob Seger wrote this one.

No, I have not heard it. I'm not much of a country music fan, but I do love some of it.

Country Music: It has wife beat and you can dance to it...

February 14 2008, 11:30 PM

Did I say wife beat?.. I meant nice beat. and that dance part is only applicable if the participants are standing in a line. And while money doesn't really grow on tress, country music has thoroughly convinced me that red trucks do grow on lawns. Apart from that, I really don't really appreciate country music much at all. I do like a few female country stars, like Dolly Parton, for reasons that are all 'two' obvious... but let's face it, her voice could save a mule skinner the trouble of using a blade. However, I think Martina McBride rocks and my wife, who 'appreciates' country music about as much as I do, agrees with me on that issue.

The Universe dance
