REMOVE 1/3 OF FLOUR ~ SALT MIXTURE..
TO WHAT IS LEFT ADD 1/2 CUP PEANUT OIL
MIX WELL THEN ADD REMAINDER OF FLOUR.
COMBINE EVERYTHING AND STIRRING CLOCKWISE SLOWLY ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO THE MIXTURE, AND MIX REAL WELL. PUT ASIDE TO REST AND MEDITATE ON THE MEANING OF PI.
PUT 1 FILLED CAP FROM PEANUT OIL CONTAINER OF PEANUT OIL INTO CRUST IN PIE PAN. RUB ALL OVER SIDES AND BOTTOM UNTIL EVENLY COATED. SPREAD OIL ALL OVER THE PIE PAN INCLUDING EDGES LIKE FINGER PAINTING.
PRESS CLUMP OF DOUGH INTO SIDES OF PIE PAN SPREAING IT ALONG SIDE AND OVER EDGES OF PIE PAN. CONTINUE USING FINGERS WALKING DOUGH UP THE SIDES AND ACROSS BOTTOM UNTIL PAN IS EVENLY COVERD WITH DOUGH.. PUT CRUST ASIDE TO MEDITATE ON BEING CRUSTY >
THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, AND IF YOU ARE MISSING ANYTHING YOU CAN STILL MAKE IT TO THE FOOD STORE. STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING.IN A LARGE BOWL STIRRING CLOCKWISE TO STIR IN POSITIVE ENERGY MIX EVERYTHING UP TOGETHER but don"t get too confused

NOW SLICE EACH STRAWBERRY IN HALF AND PUT THEM ALL IN A MIXING BOWL. SPRINKLE 1/4 CUP FLOUR AMONG THEM AS YOU ADD THE STRAWBERRYS TO THE BOWL. TURNING THE STRAWBERRIES WITH COLD BUTTER KNIFE
ADD 1 CUP FINE BAKERS SUGAR.
NOTE ~ TRY WITHOUT SUGAR AS I WAS TOLD SUGAR MAKES THE PIE FILLING LIQUIDY. SUGAR MAY BE REPLACED PIE SWEETNESS OF STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING USED LATER.
STIR INTO IT ~ 1 TSP. LEMON JUICE commerating the tartness of life that we overcome with belief in it's beauty like Strawberrys. Consider the Strawberry ....SPREAD INTO IT 2 TBSP. BUTTER.
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND POUR EVERYTHING INTO A DEEP PIE PAN/ROUND CAKE PAN. OVER EVERYTHING.
POUR 1 ~ 21 oz/595 g CAN OF STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING. USING COLD BUTTER KNIFE SPREAD THE PIE FILLING EVENLY OVER EVERYTHIG.
DOT MANY SPOON FULLS FROM 8 oz./226 g CONTAINER OF STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE. ABOUT 3/4 OR SO OF CONTAINER DEPENDING ON HOW YOU LIKE ITS APPEARENCE ALL OVER THE PIE FILLINGS. TASTE STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE IF ANY LEFT TO GET A FEELING OF SPRING.YAA Let's get together ya ya ya

MELT 1 CUP OF BUTTER IN SMALL PAN TIL LIQUIDY ON TOP OF STOVE AND SHUT OFF. THE BUTTER NOT THE STOVE. PUT NEAR THE BUTTER PAN AN UNUSED BRUSH OR PASTRY BRUSH WHICH IS WHAT IT BECOMES AFTER USEING IT ONLY TO PUT BUTTER ON CRUST BUT NOT YET.. LET THE BUTTER RELAX AND LAY AROUND.
IMPORTANT ~ NEVER USE A BRUSH UNLESS USED FOR SPREADING BUTTER ONLY. MINE IS 1 1/2 INCH ACROSS AND I HAVE USED IT ONLY FOR SPREADING BUTTER ON PIES (THOUGH ORIGENALLY IT WAS AN UNUSED PAINT BRUSH)..
OIL PIE PAN WITH 1 CAP OF PEANUT OIL AND SPREAD OIL ALL OVER THE PIE PAN INCLUDING EDGES LIKE FINGER PAINTING.
PRESS DOUGH ALONG SIDE AND OVER EDGES OF PIE PAN. USING FINGERS WALKING IT UP THE SIDES AND ACROSS BOTTOM. PRES IN AT BASE OF SIDES. PUT CRUST ASIDE>
MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AGAIN AND STIRRING CLOCKWISE PUT IN THE CRUST IN PIE PAN MAKING SURE IT IS LEVEL.
PUT IT ASIDE to meditate on the importance of being pi.
PUT FLOUR ON A CLEAN SMOOTH TABLE OR COUNTER. SPREAD IT ARROUND EVENLY. TAKE REMAINING DOUGH AND USING A ROLLING PIN COVERED WITH FLOUR OR A JAR FILLED WITH ICE SO DOUGH WONT STICK TO JAR PRESS AND ROLL OUT DOUGH TILL ROUND AND ABOUT 2 INCHS BIGGER THEN THE PIE PAN IN ALL DIRECTIONS USING FINGERS PRESS IT OUT .... AHHH Oh not that way.. TILL ROUND.
TAKEING A VERY LONG KNIFE OR SIMILAR CUT A SECTION STARTING AT END OF DOUGH, SLIDE KNIFE UNDER CUT STRIP OF DOUGH, CAREFULLY LIFT AND PUT OVER FILLING IN PIE SHELL. CUT A 1 OR 2 INCH STRIP AND PUT IT NEXT TO IT. CONTINUE PUTTING STRIPS OF DOUGH NEXT TO EACH OTHER OVER THE FILLING AND PUTTING FLAT PIEACES OF DOUGH OVER HOLES AND OPENINGS LIKE A JIG SAW PUZZLE.
WHEN CRUST IS DONE PRESS DOUGH ALL ARROUND THE EDGE, DOWN ON EDGES AND IF POSSIBLE PUSH UP AND IN ON THE SIDE.
WAIT FOR COMMERCIAL TO COME ON TV BUT NOT PAID COMMERCIAL PROGRAM OR PBS SHOWS WHICH IS TOO LONG
PUT PIE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR 1 COMMERCIAL BREAKS. MAKE SURE they are not paid commerciuals or PBS as they take too long~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TO REMAINDER OF DOUGH FOR OPTIONAL CRUST IF DON'T WANT TO ROLL IT OUT.
ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP SLICED STRAWBRRY BUTTER
!/2 CUP FLOUR
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF PIE INGREDIENTS EVENLY TILL COMPLETELY COVERED. SMOOTH CRUST FLAT WITH REAL COLD BUTTER KNIFE. I keep some butter knives in frezzer as foods won't stick to them when cold enough.
PUT IN 400 DEGREE PREHEATED OVEN 15 MINUTES.

~TAKE PIE A LITTLE BIT OUT AND USING A CLEAN UNUSED STERALIZED WIDE BRUSH OR ONE USED ONLY FOR THIS PORPOISE ~ BRUSH LIQUID BUTTER ON TOP OF THE PIE AND ALONG SIDES EVENLY.ONE TIME I OUD NOT FIND THE BRUSH SO USED A LARGE SPOON TO PUT THE MELTED BUTTER ALL OVER PIE AND EDGES USING BACK OF SPOON TO SPREAD BUTTER.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES AND CRUST IS GOLDEN.
REMOVE FROM OVEN > LET COOL, SERVE, SHARE AND ENJOY. OR PUT IN A PIE CONTAINER IN FRIG. TO KEEP IT KOOL.
