Does anyone from the SST days still have my ICQ number? I have just re-downloaded it and can't get in because i can't remember either my password, the name I gave or the email address which I used (I suspect that it was one which disappeared many years ago when it was taken over by another company.

I can start with a new name but it is my list of contacts which I would like to retrieve.

I have not been on ICQ since 2003, but I have not changed computers either. So, I still have it on this one. The name I have for you is 'Minerva" and the number is 32711132. I don't have a email listed there.

I opened a new account as pinkozcat because, although I could remember the minerva bit it wasn't enough to pursuade ICQ to remind me of what my password was and it won't accept my new one.

It all looks very different from the olden days - glitzy with offers for dating partners. A sort of Las Vegas form of RSVP .
