A blonde and her husband are lying in bed listening to the next door neighbor's dog.

It has been in the backyard barking for hours and hours.

The blonde jumps up out of bed and says, "I've had enough of this."

She goes downstairs.

The blonde finally comes back to bed, and her husband says "The dog is still barking, what have you been doing?"

The blonde says, "I put the dog in our backyard, let's see how THEY like it! wink.gif

I'm almost ashamed to admit this but a couple of years ago we had a similar situation. A dog across the street behind us was barking for several hours. It was driving me crazy. I went out in our back yard and screamed, "Shut that dog up!" Almost immediately the dog was quiet. I don't know if the owners brought it indoors or if it fainted from fright. [linked image]

That's funny!
I can take dogs barking but when the coyotes start to howl, it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. [linked image]

We have had a lot of them this year....you don't see them but they sure raise a racket in the middle of the night. I don't think I will go out and yell at them though. [linked image]

coyotes

I remember hearing them at night when I was a child. That was before this area became so 'grown-up'..lol..

The people who live on the desert's edge still have to be careful because the coyotes will sneak in and attack small pets.

The biggest coyote threat we have now are the human ones that deal in illegal immigrants smuggling. They make the news almost on a daily basis. But, I won't get started on that. [linked image]
