My singing cricket is back. Some say it's not the same one, but I say it is. I recognize it's voice, and it sings the same songs at the same time each night. I've never seen this cricket, but I imagine it to be quite magnificent!

Truly, I don't want to see it. If it should turn out to be an ordinary cricket, I would lose the magical feeling it sings about.

That little cricket must love you a lot to come back every year and serenade you to sleep.

I believe in magical singing crickets and lots of other mysterious things in life. If nothing else, it makes being here a lot more fun...lol.

A singing cricket or dancing butterfly, they are part of the joy of life. The young at heart will always see them.
