AMAZING ICE CREAM APPLE PIE

{ > I LOVE APPLE PIE ALA MODE with the Vanilla Ice Cream on top of the Apple Pie. Reminds me one hot day at a Diner IN CHICAGO I had got Baked Beans with Hot Dogs, And Apple Pie with Free Scoop of Ice Cream but it was so hot the Ice Cream on the Apple Pie was melting so I poured the Ice Cream on the Baked Beans. It was really good but that is another story.
Anyway I got to wondering if Ice Cream is good on the outside of the Apple Pie wouldn't it be great inside next to the apples.
At the Grocery Store I found and got a 6 OZ. TUB OF Country Crock CINNAMMON BUTTER (Cold Butter / MARGERINE can be used) 8 OZ. TUB of WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE. I PUT THEM IN FREEZER ABOVE REFRIGERATOR soon as possible I left them there awhile to contemplate being kool.
NOTE ~ I COULD NOT FIND CINNEMON BUTTER AND CINNEMON BROWN SUGAR CREAM CHEESE WHEN I WENT TO GROCERY STORE THIS TIME AND FEAR THEY MAY HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED SO I DECIDED TO USE 2 ~ 8 OZ. TUBS OF WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE FLAVORED BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE.
 I make an Apple Pie for the Apple Festival Baking Contest Murphysboro, Il. AND remember how I rode my bike 8 miles to submit my Apple pie in baking contest. One year I started out in a rain to go 8 miles to Murphysboro, by the time I got there it was a down pour. I got really soaked by time I got it to the Apple Pie Baking Contest but I got it there. ;{) { >


MAKING CREAM CHEESE CRUST FOR AMAZING APPLE ICE CREAM PIE { >

PUT 6 OZ. Country Crock CINNAMON OR CINNAMON APPLE BUTTER (Not Jam but Flavored Buter) AND 8 oz. CONTAINER Philadelphia CINNAMON BROWN SUGAR WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE IN FREZZER FOR 8 HOURS.
SUBSTITUTE 2 ~ 8 oz TUBS WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE IF CINNEMON FLAVORED BUTTER AND CREAM CHEESE ARE UNAVAILABLE

IN PLASTIC ONLY CONTAINER like cream cheese cumes in as Glass freezes and can break PUT 1/4 CUP WATER. Leave atad to meditate on being. YOU WAMT ICE WATER NOT ICE CUBES.
IN LARGE BOWL PUT 4 CUPS FLOUR AND MIX IN A DASH OF SALT.
REMOVE 6 OZ. TUB CINNAMON BUTTER, 8 OZ. WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE AND ICE WATER FROM FREEZER.
ICE WATER IS NOT ICE CUBES. BUT VERY COLD WATER SO DONT LEAVE LONG ENOUGH TO BECOME ICE.

USING COLD KNIFE FROM FREEZER SHAVE HARD BUTTER AND SCRAPE OFF OF KNIFE AROUND INSIDE EDGE OF FLOUR BOWL TILL NO ROOM LEFT.

USEING ANOTHER COLD KNIFE FROM FREEZER MIX IT INTO THE FLOUR. UNTIL OUT REPEAT USING COLD KNIFE FROM FREEZER AND SCRAPING BUTTER OFF ON EDGE OF BOWL.

MIX TOGETHER WITH COLD KNIFE.

  TAKE 8 OZ. HARD WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE AND USING COLD BUTTER KNIFE FROM FREEZER SHAVE IT SCRAPING OFF OF KNIFE ON INSIDE EDGE OF BOWL LIKE WITH BUTTER...
WHEN NO ROOM LEFT ON INNER RIM TO SCRAPE IT OFF ON USING COLD KNIFE MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. CONTINUE TILL OUT OF WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE.
ONCE I LEFT CREAM CHEESE IN FREEZER TOO LONG AND GOT TOO HARD SO CONTINUED SCRAPING IT WITH BUTTER KNIFEW INTO BOWL TIL DONE. NO EDGEING
USING COLD BUTTER KNIFE MIX UP EVERYTHING CLOCKWISE TO ADD POSITIVE ENERGY TO RECIPE but don't get too mixed up yourself.

NOW FOR THE FUN PART ~>0 WASH HANDS AND FINGER NAILS WITH ANTIBACTERIAL DISH SOAP, AND DRY. PUT FINGERS IN MIXTURE MIXING AND TURNING WELL TILL LOOKS CRUMBLY AND WELL MIXED.

ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF ICE WATER FROM FREEZER NOT ICE CUBES TO MIX AND MIX IN WITH COLD BUTTER KNIFE FROM FREEZER where all cold knives rest NEXT TO ICE CUBES .

PRESS MIX TOGETHER IN BOWL INTO BALL.
TAKE 18 X 18 INCH SHEET ALUMINUM FOIL AND PUT ON TOP OF BOWL. CENTER OVER BOWL TURN ENDS OF FOIL DOWN OVER BOWL AND QUICKLY TURN BOWL OVER WITH FOIL ON TOP. FINISH FOLD ENDS UPWARD AND MOLD SO COVERS DOUGH COMPLETELY
MAKING A BALL OF DOUGH IN FOIL.
MAKE SURE YOU CAN'T SEE DOUGH JUST FOIL AND PRESSURE SEAL THE FOIL BALL. It might keep the dough from being taken over by Aliens due to the Aluminum Foil. SHAPE INTO ROUND BALL.
PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR 8 HOURS TO COOL DOWN and become real cool. Ah Huuh. CAN PUT IN FREEZER ABIT BUT YOU DON'T WANT IT FROZEN. Leave to meditate on being cool.

TAKE OUT WHEN CRUST AND PIE FILLING IS READY

~ALMIGHTY APPLE ICE CREAM PIE FILLING ~

IN A BOWL PUT 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE TO PUT APPLE SLICES INTO TO KEEP THEM APPLES TURNING BROWN, PEEL 5 - 6 GRANNY SMITH APPLES AND SLICE IN HALF, CUT OUT THE CORE WITH V CUT, AND SLICE INTO 3/4 INCH SECTIONS.

NOTE ~ YOU MIX THE APPLE SLICES INTO THE LEMON JUICE SO THEY ABSORB IT AND WON'T TURN BROWN.

IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER but don't get too mixed up ~
1 CUP SUGAR,
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR,
1 DASH SALT,
1 TEASPOON NUTMEG, AND 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
WHILE STIRRING CLOCKWISE TO ADD IN POSITIVE ENERGY.

NOW COMPLETELY OIL 1 ROUND CAKE PAN WITH 1 CAP FULL OIL FROM PEANUT OIL CONTAINER OR 1 TABLESPOON PEANUT OIL. I like baking with Peanut Oil because of taste and it makes everything a little nutty. Put pun here>

TAKE COLD DOUGH FROM REFRIGERATOR. You can not spend this kind of Dough on Earth though the currency is often called dough. ANYHOW REMOVE PIE CRUST BALL FROM THE REFRIGERATOR,
SPREAD FOIL A LITTLE BIGGER THEN PIE PAN COVERING FLAT.

PUT HALF OF CRUST IN OILED PAN WALKING IT UP THE SIDES.

POUR DRY MIXTURE ON APPLES AND STIR UP but don"t get them mad. If they complain tell them an Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away.

FROM BACK OF FREEZER TAKE AND ADD 1 CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE VANILLA ICE CREAM. I DONT OPEN CONTAINER TILL READY STIRRING INTO THE APPLE MIXTURE AND IMMEDIALETLY SCOOP THE MIXTURE INTO THE PIE PAN CRUST.

PUT A LITTLE JUICE MIXTURE FROM APPLE BOWL OVER APPLE MIXTURE.

TO PUT CRUST ON PIE ~ PRESS WHAT REMAINS OF PIE CRUST ON THE FOIL AFTER PUTING PIE CRUST IN PAN.
CRUST ON FOIL SHOULD BE ROUND 2 INCHES MORE THEN WIDTH OF PIE PAN.

NOW MOVING FAST TURN FOIL OVER PIE FILING AND LET FALL OVER IT. SOME MAY STICK TO FOIL OR FALL IN PROCE3S SO MAKE SURE YOU GAVE ENOUGH ROOM SO YOU DONTLOSE ANY CRUST AND PIE IS TOTALLY COVERED. Hmm does pie need insurance? ..
PRESS DOWN AND FORM CRUST AND EDGES

ALTERNATIVE TO MAKE TOP CRUST ~

PUT CRUST IN A SECOND OILED PAN AND QUICKLY TURN OVER FOILING SO CRUST FALLS OUT OF PAN ONTO FILING IN CRUST. I HAVENT TRIED THIS WAY.
YOU MAY HAVE TO USE COLD KNIFE TO LOOSEN IF STICKS TO PIE PAN OR MORE OIL IN PAN.
OPTION ~ REGULAR CRUST ~ ROLL OUT CRUST SO IS 2 INCH BIGGER THEN THE PIE PAN INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN THE CAKE PAN TO TURN OVER PIE. CUT IN 2 INCH STRIPS AND PUT ON TOP OF PIE LIKE PUTTING TOGETHER A PUZZLE.
AFTER GETTING THE CRUST ON TOP OF PIE QUICKLY MOLD THE CRUST TILL YOU CAN'T SEE ANY OF THE APPLES. Your pun here.
IMMEDIATELY PUT THE PIE IN THE FREEZER ABOVE THE REFRIGERATOR AND
LET SET 12 HOURS OR SO to contmplate, cool off and meditate on importance of being an apple pie.

IN A SMALL PAN MELT 1 CUP OF BUTTER OR MARGERINE.

IMPORTANT ~ USE BUTTER BRUSH USED FOR BUTTERING PIES ONLY. MINE IS A 1 1/2 INCH STERALIZED PAINT BRUSH NEVER USED FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT PAINTING BUTTER ON PIES. WASH IT AND HANDS WITH ANTIBIOTIC DISH WASHING SOAP BEFORE AND AFTER USE.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

FIND A TV SHOW/MOVIE WITH COMMERCIALS EVERY 15 MINUTES TO TIME PIE.

TAKE PIE OUT OF FREEZER IMMEDIATELY

PUT IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES. CHECK.

USING BUTTER BRUSH ~ PAINT TOP AND EDGES OF THE PIE CRUST WITH THE MELTED BUTTER. YOU CAN USE A LARGE SPON AND POUR BUTTER OVER IT, AND EDGES. HELPS IF PIE IS DOAMED.

RETURN THE PIE TO THE OVEN 15 MINUTES LONGER TO MAKE CRUST GOLDEN. CHECK....

WHEN THE CRUST IS GOLDEN REMOVE. LET SET TO COOL DOWN. YOU CAN MOVE IT ARROUND.
MEDITATE on the wonders of apples. I
PUT IT IN A HEAVY PLASTIC PIE CARRIER WHEN I TAKE IT OUT OF OVEN if taking it somewhere lIke a Galactic Picnic.
. OH YES I PUT PIE SIZED COVERED CANDY / SNACK CARRIER in FRIG> TILL IT IS COLD.

THEN I PUT THE AMAZING APPLE PIE IN IT, COVER AND RETURN TO FRIGERATOR TILL NEEDED. I PUT IN CONTAINRER AND COVER TO KEEP THE PIE COOL AND FRESH..

Then I have some Ice Cream --[__)
