LOL...No...Darnit! We had a great time anyway.
The concert was great! The band sounded and looked really good. I swear, Justin Hayward doesn't age, he just gets better every year.
I had such a good time with all of my friends here...we laughed and shared memories for three days. We met up with some of our other friends after the show and didn't get home till almost four in the morning. Now that's what I call a good time..
There was only one glitch. The venue, "THE LAWN" normally only has lawn seating. They add chairs for certain shows and this was one of those shows

Thank goodness, we all said, cause who wants to sit on the grass when you're all dressed up?
Wellllllllllll...we got there and found out that their idea of a chair was tiny lawn chairs that were all hooked together that were about two inches off of the ground! Every person that came to their seat had that same look on their face...what the heck???? How am I supposed to get down, and more importantly, up again, out of that low chair. You couldn't get any leverage, no room to move around...one of our group had a broken ankle with a cast, another gal that was with us had a broken toe....it was hysterical!
Down from us, about seven or eight seats down, a rather heavy set guy tried to get up and dance for "Story In Your Eyes"and tripped over his chair which toppled over about five other people that were sitting near him....everyone was laughing so hard that they couldn't get back up.
Not a good seating choice for the over fifty crowd, let me tell ya! It was fun though...I'd do it again.
