I've said before that I have a great relationship with my vet. If I call, the techs immediately try to get me in, even if it means the last visit of the day. My vet has given me his home and cell numbers. He's also told me if an emergency occurs with my old guy, he will come to the house.
I do NOT abuse this so he knows if I call, it is serious.
I was wondering if anyone has this. Or how does a vet determine to do this for clients? Do I assume it isn't for everyone?
