I take Xanax as needed only if I get a panic attack or feel like I may have one. I used to take Ativan but I changed my doctor,and my new doc. actually gave me Klonopin(Clonozapem) but I refused to take it because I heard that it kicks in slowly and stays longer. Ativan kicks in quickly, so I asked for Ativan, My new doctor, said that he can not write me Ativan because I ve been on it for a quiet long time but will give me Xanax instead. It works actually pretty quick and better than Ativan. I wonder how Clonozapem works. How long does it take to kick in during a blown PA?
I suffer acute Panic attacks. so I need something acts fast.
