Here's my theory...

You guys are mixung up the VIP code and the CAPTCHA code.Either that or you are typing in ALL CAPS or you are capitalizing the first letter. None of those will work. All of the security codes are CaSe SeNsItIvE, so if you type the wrong case, it won't work.

One other thing, if you are using the AOHELL browser, give up right now. It won't work. Neither will MSN Explorer or any MAC based browser (from what little I know about those), or any of those home-made cheesy little browsers people think are so superior.....  You can only be 100% successful if you use Internet Explorer 5.0 and up or Firefox 2.0 and up. The rest of them cannot be verified. Some, like  those mentioned above, won't work at all.
