no i didn't read lunar park. stupidly i COMPLETELY diverted from the original title about bret easton ellis and wrote about aids instead. it turned out to be one tedious to write dissertation!!
my boyfriend wrote his on south park and if it has an ideology or not which just gave him an excuse to watch every episode of south park there is going. he got a good mark though purely for its originality.

i still have fond memories of staying up one night helping a friend finish her dissertation for the deadline the following day
by helping, i basically mean rearranging the whole thing, removing the typos and grammatical errors and adding another couple of thousands about a topic i knew next to nothing about, while she got all flustered and stressed and smoked about 6 packs of camels.
it would have turned out alright in the end if her printer hadnt fucked up half an hour before the thing was due in.
