I'm really enjoying it. I'm even getting used to the slowed down version of Chinese Dogs.

This is the last time I'm going to explain this.
I started as Kagre with an "e" but I had a different login name. Then I told everyone I was going to change my login name to Kagre. But someone jumped in and stole it before I got round to obtaining it. I then decided to be Kagra with an "a" instead. But I still sometimes forget I'm now Kagra with an "a" and put Kagre in the name bit.

I'll have to go back to Newcastle to see if I can re-claim the fun I had the first time round. I'm sure its still there to be had.

I'm not sure when Carl became a backing singer, considering his is the voice of the band (and the best voice) its a shame really.

I think he's getting pushed out of his own band.

what's your best songs off the album? I'm finding it hard to bother listen through it as my iPod (that's probably the only time someone's spelled it like that on a forum) is broken. Loving truth begins after two listens, and plastic hearts ain't bad either. Must say tired of england was an obvious but poor (in the artistic sense) choice for a first single though.

my picks:
Plastic Hearts
Truth Begins
Chinese Dogs

truth begins has to be one of carl's finest, easily on par with anything from the libertines second album.

Truth Begins is for sure one of the better ones but it's still just "good".
I think it's quite strange to put a song on your second album that you had released as a b-side for your first one (chinese dogs). AND it's one of the best songs on the album.

can't see DPT going on for long. I don't believe that they will release a third one. they are on a major, aren't they?
they gonna be dropped.

the crash did this with their fourth album, I think nearly half of the songs had been previously released as b-sides and standalone singles.
