JUST TO CLARIFY WHY THIS EXISTS:

i like spiders cause they're looking out for me, like they have my back covered when it comes to ridding other insects i don't want around. plus for insects, their webs have a good since of artistry to them. i remember in school seeing webs from spiders on LSD and they were all over the map, but in their own obsessed way, had their own vision to them. and i have a soft spot for charlotte from charlotte's web.

and what other insect, let alone animals even produces webs? none (am i right elindea?)

yet because of spiders and the webs they make, they are part of human venacular, like even libertines refer to weaving webs in their song lyrics. that wouldn't be a term without spiders. even the whole biding your time, waiting for the enemy to show up are all spiders original idea.

you can't say that about flies or roaches or moths or misquitos. those insects have no vision whatsoever. and if you knock a spider web down, the spider doesn't throw in the towel, he's just like some hurricane survivor who just had their house destroyed who says defiantly "I'm going to rebuild goddammit!"
