first, the vines are not a shit band, apart from their 3rd album they havent released a crap record despite what the nme might say
and craig is great in that interview, the "only people like you do that" part is brilliant

It is entertaining. Admittedly it all is pretty unprovoked but he does have aspergers and the 'only people like you do that' is spot on. I hate most of those radio/video dj presenters. The worst is Glastonbury on TV when they are blatantly just getting pissed up on the job on the licence payer's dime.

Incidently just went to do my weekly CD shop for work and HMV haven't stocked their new album and won't be doing for a "at least a few weeks".

I personally think the Vines are a fairly decent band. Sound great on CD will all the melody's and harmonies they do, but what lets them down are the lyrics (which are pretty shocking and haven't improved in four albums) and can rarely cut it live.
