Man Utd take an early lead through a looped Fletcher header before Chelsea scoring around half time through Drogba crossing for an Anelka tap in, only for Rooney to score in the 81st minute by cutting inside a man and hitting the ball low to the near post, then a break away goal in the 6th minute of stoppage time to Owen who scuffs a shot when through and the ball dribbles in

Chelsea will probably win this easily. Looks like they will plod to the premier league title, seems like a pretty average season for the EPL this year.

Iwoner if they'll pick up on the toothbrush man on MOTD2 or Soccer AM next weekend, that's got to be one of th emost bizarre things I've ever seen from a supporter during a football match. I never saw it the time either.
On the topic of the game, it was rather dire neither team played that well draw would probably have been fair. I reckon Arsenal could be the team to watch out for this team they've been in the best form out of everyone and if they can turn good performances against the top sides into wins they'll be in with a great shout.

Robbed today, so many key decisions went their way, it was ridiculous. Valencia being hauled to the ground in the box by that fucking reprobate John Terry, Rooney being given offside when he was clean through and being played on by Cashley Cole, Fletcher winning the ball and having a foul given against him...fucking rubbish decisions.
I still think we're in this title race, especially with the way we played today. Arsenal haven't won themselves a really tough game yet this season, they had a disjointed Everton away at the start of the season and that was it, they got beaten at City, beaten at Old Trafford and crumbled against West Ham. This has happened for the last few years - they get a nice easy start and then after Christmas when they get some tough games they crumble. I see no chance of this not happening again.
And Chairman, I hope that was irony in your post about United not having poppies on their shirts. Did you not say that you haven't worn a poppy since primary school? And don't you think the whole furore about poppies on shirts is a bit of a joke, given that the 'tradition' only started last year?

'Free as a Bird' by The Beatles coming out of the Screw's transistor radio from the landing below.
"Turn it up Guv" I begged.
He turned it down.
"Whats that Doherty?"
"Can you turn the radio up please Guv".
"Listen to him, will ya, he thinks he at the Camden Palace, this is Scrubs mate".
"It's called Koko's now you fat northern cunt" I mutterred under my breath. -
"No" came a voice from the next cell "its definitely Scrubs".

We haven't won against a big team in the league yet, no. But then again we have only played Utd so far. We have beaten a few sides that are notoriously tricky. I think the top 3/4 is more open than it has been for the past few seasons.
And the poppy thing was a tongue-in-cheek. You need to take these cheap shots when you can
