Just saw they're playing Belfast. Sold out. Gutted. That would be so brilliant, given we danced to Kraftwerk in secretive underground clubs in Belfast when The Troubles were going on... Eyeliner, Euro Disco and speed!!!

If I get enough money through today I will go to Edinburgh tomorrow and get myself a ticket for Conor Oberst tomorrow.

I can't believe he is touring and I don't have a ticket.

None whatsoever.

I'm a little bit over live music right now. Well, not live music per se, but gigs at the majority of venues (Hammersmith Apollo, Shepherds Bush Empire, Brixton Academy. The Forum, The Roundhouse etc etc).

They just seem to be more and more full of dicks that are there for a night out rather than the music. It's become the cool thing to do and as such has attracted a plethora of cunts.

So, i need to get to more smaller gigs and more old man sit down gigs at places like Barbican and RFH.

In fact Baron_Corvo's list is tempting. Miles Mosely at Jazz Cafe is very tempting. Well, it would be if it wasn't at the Jazz Cafe which is the single worst venue in London. His solo turn during Kamasi Washington's show at Sunfall was mindblowing.

You chose your username based on what you'd seen and intended to see at Leeds Arena? Bit weird
