in fact i thought it was so neat that someone that goes to the qbasic forum and looks at qbasic programs (like this one) might even like to see my screen even if they weren't interested in this chess project :P

get it? hey, glad you like it. i'm making a highlight/ menu program that runs on top of it. it assumes the cyan-colored field has the same coordinates as the ones created by that screen... so you can just run it right on top-- i HAVE NO IDEA what works with what driver. (?)
