after this are you gonna find more ways for me to be not-finished with my intro screen?

not to be a jerk- conforming to the "simulation" or "driver" wasn't as bad as i thought, all i know is i'm really confused about the certification thing as well, didn't hear anything about it until it was announced on the main forum, and i'm kinda annoyed because i really thought i was done.

i mean it's a damned good intro screen, there is no reason at all why it can't be used as it is. the certification procedure is probably really useful for tracking in-progress modules while they are being debugged, but that at least doesn't apply here :| i'd like to be finished with my tiny part of the project. i had no idea an *intro screen* would require so much, beyond simply functioning properly and to specification, but then the specification keeps getting added to in ways i just don't care about (which i guess is one of the wise reasons i didn't become a professional.)

it's also a royal pain in the ass to use these network54 forums these days. yes, just for me. but still.

p.s. it's an INTRO SCREEN! (sigh.)
