Sad News , today , Monsters Inc fans . I just found out that James Coburn , the voice of Waternose in the movie , died last Monday of a heart-attack at the age of 74 .
Coburn was not only an actor with the ability to portray humourous villians , but someone with a voice who gave power to every character he brought to life . His voice has been heard in the Ford Chevy commercials , sporting the tagline " Like a Rock " .
JIn addition to Waternoose in Monsters Inc , James Coburn's most final roles were his roles in the 1996 Sinbad movie" The Cherekee Kid " . He has also been see earlier this year in " Snow Dogs " with Cuba Gooding Jr . He is also rumoured to hae a final cameo in the upcoming " Snow Dogs 2 " . Still a rumor .
Rest in Peace , Mr . Coburn . You will be remebered and sorely missed .
