She is yellow with a hot pink back , has brown eyes , eyelashes , and blue tiped head fronds . Charla has a three eyed roommate named Diva who looks like Fungus and has a crush on Fungus . Charla the lizard monster has a heart of gold . She takes care of orphaned baby monsters and baby monsters who were lost on the streets , until they find a home or their parents . ( Like Flo in All Dogs Go To Heaven ) When Randall and Fungus come to visit , they often bring pizza and ice cream , and the kids Charla and Diva currently have go hog wild and jump all over them .... " Randall .... Pizza !!!! " And often Randal and Fungus help and play with the kids before leaving . ; )
