Ditch wasnt part of the Penn State scene for many of Hindelang's seasons. The Hindelang led teams were successful in many of the years that Ditch wasnt around. I think Ditch is a nice guy but am not quite sure of his baseball acumen. Why hasnt some major program scooped him up either as a head coach or as an assistant? He has bounced around since he left PSU...out in OHio someplace, then the volunteer at West Virginia, and now at a PSAC school. Oh well, I guess talent is in the eye of the beholder.
