I know most of you are sensible so my question goes to you and not the "everybody but PSU is a criminal/cheater" types.
In the past decade or less, Ohio State has put their money where their mouth is. WHY has OSU consistently put good teams into play. Football, Basketball, Baseball, etc. OSU has done somthing right with theirs sports programs that PSU has not done, but surely wishes they could do. Opinions?
