I've said it before and I'll say it again. It doesn't matter who you bring in here or from what juco program. If you don't have a coach who knows how to development talent, and teach, I repeat, TEACH the game of baseball, you will suck every year! We don't have a coach like that. Good coaches who know how to teach and develop players can go within a 300 mile radius of campus and recruit enough talent to compete at the Division 1 level. Imagine if we had a guy like that who could go anywhere. Instead, we have coaches who like to drink and chase skirt.
We have enough talent to win some ballgames. We just don't have a smart enough coach to make it happen. Let's get a coach who will make things happen! There are plenty out there!
