What I would like to see sometime is an All-Lawful or All-Chaotic (or all Neutral) party with the characters scattered around the good/evil axis. And just in case somebody wants to do it, I'll go ahead and list the NPCs according to law/chaos.
Now that sounds fun. Too bad in-game the NPCs only seem to get upset with your decisions based on G/N/E rather than on L/N/C.

Manual lists Edwin as Chaotic Evil, but in-game he's Lawful Evil. So add him to the Lawful group.
Viconia and Sarevok in particular seem like they'd be well-suited for a lawful alignment rather than their current alignments...
IMO, Viconia would never be lawful. She violated the Drow's laws with her actions, and aboveground she really looks out for herself. She's a Drow in a Drow-hating land, and she's willing to do whatever necessary to survive. If that means keeping a low profile under the radar of the local law... so be it. If it means killing someone to keep her secret safe... it will be done.
Sarevok's very nature is power-hungry. IIRC, he can even betray you in ToB. When he swears an oath to you, he keeps his word because it has the power of a geas. Under the geas, you have the power. Sarevok obeys.
