Icewind Dale 2 has gone gold.

Icewind Dale 2 has gone gold quickly. I bearly remember hearing about the game before and now it looks like its done. This appears to be the last game based on the IE engine and marks the end of a long series of good RPGs (assuming that IWD2 lives up to its percursers quality).

If there are no more IE games being made, what will happen to this forum? It seems pretty dead right now, (no posts in 15 days) and is it gone forever? I'm still working on my solo story and I'd like to have someone read it. (on my way to chapter 5)

Aside from that, Lionheart is looking good. I know it's not an IE game but the setting looks interesting. (always wanted to be a Knight Templar and all that) It's a break from the "true" fanasty settings and more of a historical setting.
