I already do that. Free healing, of sorts.
The only two problems I had were those damn wizards who stopped me from getting the chance to destroy Beregost, and Tethtoril(sp?) wiping me out with wink (and candlekeep was good killing, too :( )
As for hiding out in the churches, some of them require my whole party entering, but other than that, Oublek is a good rep booster. ;p
