There was a thread on this back in April. (Link) The best part though, IMO, was Darkman's links. You want evil? You can't handle the evil! Or maybe you can. I couldn't. It was too much evil. Overwhelmingly evil. Hilariously evil! SixofSpades knows his evil.

But, basically, victimize people. If something would improve the quality of life it's a "Good" thing to do. If it would be bad, it's Evil. You don't have to go around killing everyone and everything that moves. Sometimes they suffer more when they remain alive. But HOW to be evil is up to you.
