So, yeah, you're still a dumbass. Just because a book has a couple penises does not make it base. Remember, they called Night Trap an adult game.
As it is, this looks like the bastard child of AD&D's THACO and a TI-36X, nothing more. Besides, shit like this happens in D&D already, it's just that WotC don't need to advertise it because their system is decent enough that someone would buy it for reasons other than controversy.
