Fritz Fraundorf's old page (Or the Internet Archive's dried and preserved version of it, anyways). A lot of FF7/8/9 comedy crossovers which unlike a certain other series I could name are actually humorous. Americain AIBO 1 and 2 and Mr. Sith Goes to Washington are probably his best works but most of them are really good.

Victar's fairly epic (in both senses of the word) Tekken/Mortal Kombat crossovers Ashes of the Phoenix and its sequal The Phoenix Reborn. A tad bit on the sappy side at times but it's forgiveable, the characters are extremely well done, and both stories manage to keep you guessing about certain plotlines until the very end. And heck, Lei Wulong should have been made the hero of Tekken anyways.

A Revolutionary Girl Utena fic set after the end of the series. Still not quite yet finished but what really makes this one sparkle, in my opinion, is how well it seems like it could fit in with the rest of the series.
