Dru Kastler of Ord is interested to be considered for this team. He qualified for state in District 4 however is unable to attend the state tournament due to a school conflict on May 4. He has emailed to you on this subject and is hoping for your prompt reply to his question, primarily, is attending the state meet a requirement for consideration to qualify for this team? Anxiety is a little high since he already knows he cannot attend in Kearney.
