You can be involved at the clinic even if you have a copper card now. You would have to pay for the new book only. We are charged by the national office and would pass that on to the participant. The cost would be $15. The $25 fee for first timers includes the $10 processing fee the national office charges to processs the test and mail the card & certificate.
