Let me take just a moment to reflect on Lil Joe's life, as I saw it. Lil Joe was not Lil when it came to supporting wrestling, he was one of Nebrask's biggest suporters. Joe had a passion for teaching young kids about the sport of wrestling. Joe was one of the few people to acheive the Gold Level in the USA wrestling's Coaching program. Joe coached many of Nebraska's finest wrestlers to a very high level. He served as Nebraska's National Cadet Coach for many years. He was Nebraska's USA Wrestling Open Director for many years and had just stepped down this past spring due to his health. I have only touched some of the area's that I know about, and I know there is many more that others can help me with. Above all Joe was loyal to his Club the Exploradories. Joe has left us with many memories, I hope some of you will post some of them on this Forum.
