If what you say is true, it is not right. My only comment is this. The number of wrestlers was extremely low, nobody wants to host this tournament, volunteers are hard to come by, etc. So, if you don't like what you saw. Organize your club to hold the state tournament next year. We need a good club willing to put forth the extra effort. It sounds like you might be the perfect candidate!
