I am sorry about your situation and I know that this response is very late, that is because I do not visit this forum very often. I know that I should more, but at times I am too busy to be following all the different forums. The forums are NOT a good site to get information anyway. The Nebraska USA website has the State Directors phone numbers and email addresses. If you need information call or email the State Directors. Most Directors are good about responding to calls and emails. I always respond to my calls and emails even if I do not know the information. If I do not know what you are asking for, I find out the information and get back to you.
The bottom line is if you want information use the right resources and forums are not good or reliable sources for information whether it is this forum, huskermat, prepreport, themat, or any other forum. Use the phone or email and you can usually get a response within 24-48 hours.
