The USSWA was established to offer coaches and wrestlers the necessary insurance to compete or practice before or beyond the traditional wrestling season (November-February). As a result, the mission statement of the USSWA is to provide affordable insurance to coaches who host non-school affiliated tournaments, clinics, camps, and clubs while also providing wrestlers with the necessary liability insurance in order for all involved to be safely insured.
