You use this apparatus that acts as a pulley, stretching your spine and neck for 15 minutes a day. After that you do 10 stretching exercises and then you relax with deep breathing for 5 minutes. After that you rub your body to increase blood circulation and then take a warm and then cold shower. After that you eat food from their list such as turkey, bean sprouts, etc.. You do this everyday. I've been doing this for 2 months and then proceeded to do other stretching exercises especially hanging bar exercises. All in all I've gained about half an inch in 3 months, if it's from ortopedi I really couldn't tell. I would just recommend doing hanging exercises and sticking to your journals. I'm a 5'6 male been weightlifting for 2 years straight and am also looking for extra inches, and sacrificed certain lifting exercises for the sake of height.Peace

I've been seeing a bunch of posts lately asking about ortopedi. The thing costs $5 to make, you can try to make it yourself using the instructions available at Amril's site (there's a link at the top of the main page). But if you are lazy, you can buy the exact same thing at igrewtaller.com for $45, he calls it the "Back Lengthening Device" but it's the exact same thing. Ortopedi charges $117, or something outrageous like that. As for whether or not it works, I've been using it off and on for a few months now, and I think maybe I got 1 cm. I do believe that it could work though, but maybe only about 1 in. max. It's really not as effective as they claim on the internet, but it does sorta work.

i want to ask you because i don't have the instruction book of the ortopedi program:

1. what are the 10 exercises i should do?please explain it?

2. what about rubbing body for circulation? please explain it?

3. what are food in the diet you've taken?

4. how to operate the back-lengthening device?

5. what is the order of all the exercises&diet in the ortopedi program??

I ordered the Ortopedi written course on May 14, 2002 by sent my payment in cash thru Express Mail. I am sure they must get my payment by yesterday.

I am not sure if anyone of you try this course yet. Why everyone makes it look negative? But, I don't know if you told true. Still I have hope on my own. So, I have to wait for my order arrive to my home then I will give my self a try to see. I believe it will work out for me someday.

I don't know whether or not the oropedi device actually works or not, but I'm certain that it cannot make you more than an inch taller. We all know what the V-O apparatus looks like, there are specs at Amril's website (link at the top of the index page). All it does is strech out your neck and upper back. The testimonials must be fake, because some of them claim 10-13 cm. of height increase. This would make them look like giraffes, because the V-O apparatus can't make your legs longer.

But the main reason that I say you wasted your money is because igrewtaller.com sells the exact same device as ortopedi for $35. They call it the Back Lengthening Apparatus. Ortopedi sells the same thing for $117. There's no reason to pay that much for it. If you can stop your check, I would do that.

Hi froggers,i just bought the VO apparatus thing,and i dunno how to use it.It says it the book to put the chin support below your chin and start pulling the handle and you will feel that your neck and spine are being pulled.But what i feel when i pull the handles is my throat feels like choking.

Maybe i did the wrong move?

put below your chin not neck and dont miss out the morning part as fresh air in morning are best for growth and your mind must keep up with tyuor grotwth tell your self you will grow if you turn off mind you growth will be stunted too.do two or more time in the afternoon for the ortopedi exercises.but dont skip the moning one.

boy its not the device its the whole program that matters the vo apparatus are fro back lengthening and the ten exercises are for the growth of the shin bone on the leg ang your whole body so you got a complete package.those people did grow because they are dedicated on the program.

I did put the the thing on my chin but it keeps sliping out.it says that after doing the exercises with the aparratus you will feel something on your spine,but i feel nothing.

try using the V-O apparatus a different way. Instead of putting your chin in it, try putting it behind your head. Stand straight lean your head back a little and try it that way.

and I HONESTLY tell you guys that it made be gain roughly 1 cm of extra height. Ive stopped using it long time ago cos i'm in university and sticking to the program religiously kinda got to me, too busy with assignments and uni work...i got lazy and stopped the program.

But yea about 4 - 5 months have passed and that extra cm has NOT disappeared. I was 5'5" but now I'm almost half way to reaching 5'6". Actually...the height gained is slightly more than 1 cm. Its a tiny bit of height, but it makes a little difference. I wonder how much I wudve gained if I sticked to the program....hmm.
