I like this product a lot, but it costs $275 from Planstep. I plan on buying it next month, but it would be cool if anyone who has bought it (MarcusCamby!) would post any results they get with it here.

This back-traction thingy looks like it might work,but does it stretch only your back?Because I want longer legs really not stubby legs and a long back,so can anyone who has/is using it tell what results they're getting and if so whether there legs or back is getting longer?

Well I measured on Thursday, and no, I haven't really grown significantly. But the good news is that it does appear that I am a full 1 cm. taller than I was about 4 months ago. But it's not from the Jack, because I already measured this increase four weeks ago before I really started to use the Jack. It's just that it wasn't quite at 1 cm back then, but now it clearly is. I'm not sure exactly where it came from, because I've been using a few products, but I suspect that it came from the Back Lengthening Apparatus (BLA) combined with the stretches. This is actually pretty good news, because I'm 24, and I don't think I've grown at all in probably 8 years.

So this is my plan now. I'm going to stop using the Super Hi-Jack for now, and focus my energy on the BLA. The problem with the Jack is that it takes a lot of time to use, and I don't have the time to use so many different products right now. So I think I'm going to try to get 1-2 cm. from the BLA, and then go back to the Jack at a later time. So, sorry guys, the Jack's not the miracle solution either. I still think that it might work if you use it for like an hour a day, but I don't see it giving you more than 1-2 cm. It might help to do kicks too. The Jack is nice, because it's one of the few products out there that focuses on the legs, but it's definitely not as effective as the website advertises it. If you already have pretty long legs, try the BLA. So, we'll see I guess. Keep checking here, I'll will post further updates later.

But there is a point. I hope you remember I try BLA (orthopedi) and seem to gain half a cm in three weeks or something. I wanted to see if it was permanent so I stopped for two days. It vanished.
It'll really be a confidance booster if the growth you got is permamnent. Do you plan to stop for few days and see if the growth you got is permanent ?

I haven't used the BLA at all for the past couple weeks, but then again I guess you could argue that maybe I did grow from the Jack then, if I lost that cm. from the BLA. I guess I couldn't really say. But don't worry, I'm gonna try it out. I'm going to try the BLA for 4 weeks and see what happens and then we'll take it from there. As for losing your half cm., I think half a cm. is so little that maybe you just measured wrong in the first place. Are you still using Ortopedi now?

NoI stopped using orthopedi, as the height gain vanished after stopping to use it for some time. I was sceptical. But if the height gain stays with you, I am sure going to try again.

I am a Sydney-sider and recently bought this device direct from Planstep's office here in Sydney. I am using it for both a back problem and for height gaining. Secretly it is really for height gain though. The guy's name is Uchida and he is very helpful. He demonstrated how to assemble and use it. It is actually a well designed and packaged machine which does stretch you efficiently. I have only had it a week so I don't know if it actually works yet. The only problem I have had with it so far is that it seems to pull my feet away from my secured shoulders but in doing so it makes me "shrug" in that my head gets pulled down so that my ears are next to my shoulders (if I do it hard enough). I have contacted Uchida about it and he thinks it may be my technique, and he is going to send me more info later. I'll keep you updated on my progress.
