This is also a very unprofessional looking journal. This journal has a very "honesty" feel actually as if it is written with good will. In general though it looks like a general health book rather than a book giving technical "secrets" on height increase. The interesting thing about this book though is that it isnt taking a scam approach. Here's why; The book never makes a claim that you will grow in 2 months, 4 months, 9 months etc. It says that eating and exercising like he explains will help your body grow over a period of... years. And it even says that for some people growth might be impossible. I have an observation about this guy and his book and I'm pretty much sure that it is accurate; Robert Grand first wrote this book and distributed it in a very honest way, because I remember his site from 2 years ago it was very different in terms of approach. There was a piece about how he was very short and he worked his ass off for 6-7 years and was able to eventually grow amazingly. But then he probably saw the rip off scam height increase sites of the "6 inches in 3 monthes" kind off bull and he decided to join the party. His site is now presenting his journal in that fashion. And I think he has changed his book now. However I have his old journal (54 pages) and the book is not scam - "if you eat exercise and sleep in this fashion, you MIGHT be able to increase your height over a period of YEARS" - honest, thats what the book claims.
Just like RU2Short.com, I have something to add to this also later.

I've been trying to grow taller now for half a year now. first, i tried the growtaller journal, but that didn't help one bit. Then I bought some inversion boots and have been inverting for 4 months now. i haven't gained much, though I am about my dad's height now. (which i wasn't four months ago) Right now, i can't do anything b/c i broke my hand. I'm praying that i don't lose my gains if i had any in the first place.

This book is a scam, I purchased online and I am very disappointed with its 52 pages poorly written and illustrated. Robert Grant has written 5 pages at most and the other pages are just illustrations. The worst of all, is that I claimed my guarantee and they've said that when I purchased I was not covered. Bull Shit guys!!! Stretch and eat properly every day and you don't need to read this peace of crap. People with the same interest should help others; instead, they've become scammers. Anyway, remember that you can dispute against them with your credit card company and file a complaint at Better sites, so prospective customers will be aware about it.

Let's work to get taller and protect ourselves together against scammers. We may be trying to increase our height, but we are not stupid.
